Clint
Boon is on a mission; from rising to fame as the keyboard player
with the legendary Inspiral Carpets, to wooing crowds the world
over with The Clint Boon Experience, to setting up his own record
label, “Boony Tunes;” not to mention his status as Madchester’s
original rockstar DJ. Disgruntled by the state of play of Mancunian
club culture, Clint has taken it upon himself to save the city from
drowning in the mainstream. No mean feat, for sure. But then Clint
is no ordinary DJ.
“I’m
not up my own backside, know what I mean?” he shrugs. “It’s
a bit like that song, Last Night A DJ Saved My Life. ‘Cos
every Sunday I wake up and think, last night DJing saved my life!

Ex-Smith
Mike Joyce, currently playing with Vinny Peculiar, is also taking
time out to DJ at venues all over the world.
Mike has also played with luminaries such as Julian Cope and John
